Serenity from Calamity
Serenity from Calamity
When our pleas to Call Allah are not heard, We sometimes feel that there is a windshield between us and Allah. We tried breaking that windshield by crying hysterically and pleading with him to send his Rahma. We use all of our emotions and break down in tears while remembering all of the verses from Surah Baqarah.
ayat numbers 186
"Wa iza salaka Ibadi Anni fainni kharibun ujeebu daawat addaaee iza da aan" (Al-Quran)
"If My servants ask you regarding Me, I am indeed Near. I answer the call of those who call upon Me when they call. So let them answer My call and let them believe in Me–in order that they be truly guided." [Qur’an, 2.186]
and surah Muminoon ayat number 60
With a firm belief that prayers will not go unnoticed, where Allah says to call him and he will listen, and when our prayers appear to have gone unnoticed, unheard. People began to convince us that there must be something good in that which is invisible, and that there must be something better on the horizon. Allah will give you a better prize in return. Then We begin to recite another passage to help calm oir heart and emotions .
”Inna lillahi wa Inna ilayhi raji’un, Allahumma ajirni fi musibati wa akhlif li khairan minha‘ ”
Verily we belong to Allah and truly to Him shall we return. O, Allah! Protect me in this calamity that has befallen me and replace it with something better
Given the circumstances, We feel that if things aren't working out for is right now, it shouldn't be for another test, but rather for the future blessings of our children with the best of everything.
We lose all of our power when We realise that Allah does not always choose a good person to test, and that sometimes Allah simply chooses a person to put to the test.
Many of the occurrences recorded in Surah KAHAF, when Musa was with Khizr and saw Khizr take action, appear to have been major blows to those who were suffering. Those challenges were fairly minor compared to what they had to deal with in subsequent impending events in their life because they were unaware of unknown eventualities. They wouldn't be here if it wasn't for the misery touching them right now.
By doing that, they were still in the state of suffering but with fewer terms and conditions
Allah says in Juz 11 Any hardship touches you no matter how small. He is the only one who can lift it. and Allah is merciful so know that any kind of adversity or what you perceive as adversity is a mercy from Allah.
When We know there is connectedness, but the challenge is difficult and We start losing all patience and feel useless, miserable, and broken. Knowing that Allah is the one who provides, creates, and sustains. Everything is within his control. Then we saw myself grumbling, not considering whether or not to accept Allah's choice, despite the fact that everything appeared to be in order according to the terms and circumstances.
We act as if We have it when We know We don't because it was never meant to be. It is not advisable to rely too heavily on hope in the absence of fear. Allah would not provide us with these frightening scenes unless there is a reflection of ourselves in them. Allah doesn't send us passages to make us fearful, but to make us active.
And when Allah called people, they were content to worship if the good was to afflict them, but as soon as they were afflicted on the trial, they would flee and lose this life and the next. Those individuals adore Allah on the verge of losing their minds. In Juz 17, there is an ayat that encourages us to ponder on ourselves. Is my worship of Allah conditional on what I believe I deserve?
May Allah protect us from their wrath. Aameen
We are taught to live with appreciation and patience in Juz 13 by following the example of Ibrahim and his descendants, who all have strong hearts.
May Allah accept us as one of them. Aameen.
It doesn't stop us from seeking Allah's blessings; we continue to seek his rhma at all times.
In this concept, Allah simply decides to provide a person a lot in this Duniya and in the Akhira. People say, "Rabbanaaa aatina fid" when Allah names us in Surah Buqrah. Hasanatanw wa fil aakhirati hasanatanw wa qinaa azaaban hasanatanw wa qinaa azaaban hasanatanw wa fil aakhirati hasanatanw wa qinaa aza Our Lord, please don't! Grant us good in this life and in the next, and keep us safe from the chastisers.
[2:201]
Rabbanaaa afrigh 'Alaina sabranw wa sabbit aqdaamanaa wansurnaa 'alal qawmil kaafireen
Oh, Allah makes us among those people and make our children among those people. Aameen.
And this verse literally fit in there for them and would suffice.
This is what we refer to as "luck."
They have the best luck in the world. They don't have to console themselves by telling themselves that if their request isn't answered, there must be something better written and invisible waiting for them. They are always provided the utmost best of everything.
If we are not picked among the disbelievers, We afraid, so we should repeat the last few words of Surah Baqarah to remind ourselves to stay on the right track, and We should pray, "Oh Allah, make us among those who are Ibaadur Rehman." Knowing that if We put our heart and soul into the Quran, We will become a better version of ourselves. We need to keep knocking on Allah's door and asking for that relationship in order to get it.
We ask forgiveness, by reciting
Rabbanaa laa tu'aakhiznaaa in naseenaaa aw akhtaanaa
Our Lord! Condemn us not if we forget or fall into error [2:286]
Rabbanaa wa laa tahmil-'alainaaa isran kamaa hamaltahoo 'alal-lazeena min qablinaa
Our Lord! Lay not on us a burden Like that which Thou didst lay on those before us [2:286]
Rabbanaa wa laa tuhammilnaa maa laa taaqata lanaa bih; wa'fu 'annaa waghfir lanai warhamnaa; Anta mawlaanaa fansurnaa 'all qawmil kaafireen
Our Lord! Lay not on us a burden greater than we have the strength to bear. Blot out our sins, and grant us forgiveness. Have mercy on us. Thou art our Protector; Help us against those who stand against faith [2:286]
Rabbani laa tuzigh quloobanaa ba'da iz Havaianas wa hab lanai mil Lanka rahmah; innaka antal Wahhabi
Our Lord! (they say), Let not our hearts deviate now after Thou hast guided us, but grant us mercy from Thine own Presence; for Thou art the Grantor of bounties without measure [3:8]
Rabbi Inni Lima Anzalta ilayya Min Khayrin Faqirun
My Lord! Truly, I am in need of whatever good that You bestow on me!
Surah Al Qasas 28:24
Walasawfa yuAAteeka rabbuka fatarda
Translation
And your Lord is going to give you, and you will be satisfied.
Above everything, We are asking for pardon and patience. Aameen. Since the awakening facility is blindfolded, We find ourselves in desperate need of making our wish or dream a reality. Accepting the facts as they are is a difficult ideology to swallow.
